REVamp is a year-long mastermind, large-scale round table dinner discussion meeting for local Real Estate practitioners allowing them to earn continuing education credits for free in order to comply to NYS licensing regulations.
The monthly discussion is based on relevant Real Estate Topics, where Realtors learn with and from each other by posing questions, exchanging ideas, sharing experiences and comparing perspectives.The Enrichment of Realtors is complimented by the Affiliates that add to the discussion by serving as a source of authority in their respective fields.
The interaction of Realtors and Affiliates is not limited to the Monthly Dinner Discussion meetings, rather all members are encouraged to engage in the month long conversation through deep dives, online discussions and personal meetings. These connections made during the meeting intervals allows for face time with real estate professionals where bonds can be made and solidified.
REVamp Affiliate members have a platform to gain business relationships by offering a unique opportunity. This "seat at the table" allows Affiliates, such as a mortgage lender, RE Attorney etc., a wider outreach directly to agents offering individual support by providing a year- long Enrichment Program through continuing education that their contributions to ReVamp pay for on behalf of the Realtors who are members. Affiliates invite Realtors to attend the monthly meeting which is a contact point, allowing for creation of new relationships and enhancement of existing ones. The benefits of this relationship include Sponsored Membership, that avails Realtors the business education/enrichment program and increased exposure to other Real Estate Professionals.
The prospecting process for Affiliates is like a funnel where the majority will be introduced to the few that see the true benefits of membership. Guests come monthly and are invited to Join.
The group meets 12 times a year, 10 Dinner Discussion Meetings and and 2 RED (Real Estate Distinction) Events which are a BBQ in July and a Holiday Party in December. The curriculum throughout the year is designed to advance the Realtor's career and standing in their local market.
The membership allows direct connection through online messaging and group forums on the organizational website. The website is designed to integrate in-person connections between members, and expand business development that happens within the group online.
